For this project, I measured and digitally recreated a keyboard keycap using 3D software. After 3D printing the original, I designed and 3D printed a mold at twice the scale (2:1). I used this mold to shape a keycap from a sustainable biocomposite made of wood fibers and epoxy. The final object became a study in form, texture, and sustainable design through hands-on material experimentation.
